- Adviseur Erfgoed en Duurzame Monumenten Trots op jouw werk Jouw passie voor erfgoed verdient een plek in Zaanstad. Zaanstad is een groeiende gemeente met een rijke historie én grote ambities. Met ruim 600 monumenten, beschermde dorpsgezichten en iconen zoals de Zaanse Schans en het Hembrugterrein staat erfgoed hier midden in de samenleving. Groei, herontwikkeling en verduurzaming gaan hand in hand met behoud van historisch karakter. Wil jij met jouw expertise en passie bijdragen aan het behoud én de ontwikkeling van dit bijzondere erfgoedlandschap? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wat ga je doen? Als adviseur erfgoed en duurzame monumenten ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alle zaken over beschermd gebouwd erfgoed binnen gemeente Zaanstad. Je denkt creatief binnen de kaders van wet- en regelgeving, levert maatwerk en weet effectief te onderhandelen met externe partijen. Je schakelt soepel tussen detailniveau en hoofdlijnen en beweegt je met gemak in een bestuurlijk-politieke omgeving. Verder: - Adviseer en informeer je eigenaren en initiatiefnemers over wet- en regelgeving, restauratie, onderhoud en subsidiemogelijkheden en de huidige procedures rondom het beheren, restaureren, renoveren, herbestemmen of verduurzamen van een monument. - Beoordeel je aanvragen voor omgevingsvergunningen (onderdeel monument). Adviseer je bij plannen die worden voorgelegd aan de Adviescommissie voor Welstand en Monumenten Zaanstad. - Beoordeel en verleen je subsidies voor instandhouding, herbestemming en bouwhistorisch onderzoek. - Ondersteun je toezichthouders en handhavers vakinhoudelijk. - Beantwoord je (bestuurlijke) vragen binnen jouw beleidsveld. - Lever je vanuit jouw expertise een actieve bijdrage aan beleidsontwikkeling - Adviseer je bij intake- en omgevingstafels Jouw collega's.
