Binnen gemeente Nijkerk zoeken we een proactieve, stevige adviseur, die midden in de organisatie staat. Iemand die meedenkt, meewerkt, coördineert en samen met een compact team zorgt voor een prettige en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving voor collega's, bestuurders en bezoekers. Wat ga je doen ? Als Adviseur Facilitair & Dienstverlening ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de facilitaire praktijk, leveranciers en de organisatie. Je vervult een tactische adviesrol en coördineert de dagelijkse facilitaire dienstverlening. Je werkt nauw samen met het facilitaire team en zorgt ervoor dat facilitaire zaken goed geregeld zijn en continue worden verbeterd. Je onderzoekt knelpunten, maakt heldere analyses en vertaalt deze naar praktische adviezen en oplossingen die bijdragen aan een betere dienstverlening. Je ziet kansen om processen slimmer in te richten, middelen efficiënter in te zetten en de samenwerking tussen teams te versterken. Daarbij neem je collega's actief mee in veranderingen en verbeteringen. Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van de bodes en het bedrijfsrestaurant en stuurt hen functioneel aan.
