Ben jij een financiële professional die verder kijkt dan alleen de cijfers? Heb jij ervaring met het zelfstandig opstellen van jaarrekeningen? Krijg jij energie van het analyseren van financiële data, het adviseren van klanten én het coachen van collega's? Dan is deze functie als Adviseur Financiële Administratie in Nijmegen iets voor jou.

Goed om te weten: dit is een vaste baan waarbij je rechtstreeks in dienst treedt bij de opdrachtgever.

Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben jij dé financiële sparringpartner voor klanten en een belangrijke vraagbaak binnen het team. Je vertaalt cijfers naar inzichten, signaleert kansen en risico's en draagt actief bij aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Je werkt voor een diverse klantenportefeuille, voornamelijk binnen de horeca. Een dynamische branche waarin actuele financiële inzichten essentieel zijn. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat klanten kunnen vertrouwen op een correcte administratie én een gedegen financieel advies. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Verzamelen, verwerken en analyseren van financiële gegevens voor een diverse klantenportefeuille - Opstellen en reviewen van jaarrekeningen, financiële rapportages, analyses en fiscale aangiften - Adviseren van klanten over financiële, fiscale en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken - Signaleren van trends, risico's en verbeterkansen en vertalen van cijfers naar concrete adviezen - Optimaliseren van financiële processen en waarborgen van kwaliteit, planning en voortgang - Begeleiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van financieel medewerkers binnen het team - Bewaken van naleving van wet- en regelgeving en actueel houden van kennis rondom fiscaliteit en jaarverslaggeving
