Binnen de afdeling Leefomgeving zoeken wij een Adviseur Financiën Grondbedrijf & Interne Controle die financiële expertise combineert met een kritische en onafhankelijke blik op processen, rechtmatigheid en interne beheersing. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Financieel advies en ondersteuning - Adviseren van budgethouders, teamleiders en afdelingshoofd over financiële vraagstukken over het grondbedrijf en grondzaken. - Opstellen, analyseren en bewaken van begrotingen, prognoses en financiële rapportages rondom het grondbedrijf. - Bijdragen aan de planning- en controlcyclus, waaronder begroting, bestuursrapportages en jaarrekening. - Ondersteunen van het grondbedrijf en adviseren over financiële ontwikkelingen binnen ruimtelijke projecten. - Signaleren van financiële risico's en kansen en hierover tijdig adviseren. - Interne controle en rechtmatigheid - Opstellen, actualiseren interne controleplannen. - Coördineren en uitvoeren van interne controles en advies op lijncontroles. - Toetsen van financiële processen en transacties op juistheid, volledigheid en rechtmatigheid. - Signaleren van risico's, afwijkingen en kwetsbaarheden binnen processen en beheersmaatregelen. - Adviseren over verbetermaatre...
