T234812 Je gaat aan de slag als adviseur fysieke leefomgeving met een sterke juridisch-planologische focus. In deze opdracht versterk je het team Ruimtelijke Dienstverlening binnen het cluster van juridisch-planologen. Door de actuele werkvoorraad en de veranderingen onder de Omgevingswet lever je direct een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan plannen, procedures en advisering. Je beweegt je in een breed werkveld waarin juridische precisie, omgevingssensitiviteit en vernieuwend denken belangrijk zijn. Je helpt mee om de fysieke leefomgeving toekomstbestendig vorm te geven. Wat ga je doen - Je stelt wijzigingen van het omgevingsplan op en beoordeelt deze. - Je maakt motiveringen bij omgevingsvergunningen voor buitenplanse omgevingsplanactiviteiten. - Je begeleidt planologisch-juridische procedures, eventueel tot aan de Raad van State. - Je adviseert collega's, inwoners en ondernemers over vergunningen, bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures en andere vraagstukken binnen de fysieke leefomgeving. - Je levert actief een bijdrage aan diverse projectgroepen en aan de beleids- en programmatafel. - Je draagt vanuit juridisch-planologische invalshoek bij aan het opstellen van omgevingsprogramma's en de doorwerking daarvan naar het omgevingsplan. - Je werkt aan de transitie van het tijdelijk deel van het omgevingsplan naar het nieuwe deel. - Je implementeert toepasbare regels. Over jou - Je brengt ervaring, gedrevenheid en bereidheid mee om een breed en veelomvattend werkpakket op te pakken. - Je denkt waar nodig out of the box en durft met lef te handelen. - Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waarin wet- en regelgeving, beleid en uitvoering samenkomen. - Je bent in staat om juridische en planologische vraagstukken helder te doorgronden en praktisch te vertalen.
