Konvert Antwerpen zoekt een enthousiaste medewerker om de groeipakketen – de vroegere kinderbijslag – uit te betalen aan gezinnen.

Samen gaan we voor:

We nemen de tijd om je te boetseren tot specialist van ons groeipakket. Je wordt dus niet zomaar in het diepe gegooid. Zo groei je uit tot het luisterend oor voor onze klanten.

  • een vlotte dienstverlening

Jij bent een klankbord voor onze klanten. Geen betere plek om te ontdekken waar de sterktes en pijnpunten liggen in onze dienstverlening. Het schrikt je dan ook niet af om verbetervoorstellen te lanceren, eventueel deel te nemen aan beurzen, mee te denken bij projecten en onze aanwezigheid in de Huizen van het Kind te versterken.

  • een goede balans tussen werk en privé

Als organisatie bieden we je de kans om een gezond evenwicht te vinden tussen kantoor- en thuiswerk. Gemiddeld werk je één à twee dagen per week op kantoor. Een win-winsituatie waarbij jij echt deel uitmaakt van het team, én voldoende tijd hebt om elke werkdag met een volle batterij te starten.

We zoeken iemand die

  • Zonder moeite een gezonde portie wetgeving verwerkt.
  • Een bachelordiploma behaalde (bij voorkeur Rechtspraktijk)
  • Bij voorkeur een praktijk-juridische ervaring heeft opgedaan tijdens de opleiding of in een werkcontext. Zo weten we dat jij over de capaciteiten beschikt om de nodige kennis te verwerken. En deze bovendien begrijpbaar kunt overbrengen naar je gesprekspartner.
  • Meedenkt met onze klanten en hen oplossingen aanreikt.
  • Een goede kennis van het Frans en/of het Engels is zonder meer een pluspunt
