Als Adviseur Grondzaken en Vastgoed speel je een belangrijke rol bij het realiseren van ruimtelijke ambities. Je houdt je bezig met de zakelijke kant van gebiedsontwikkeling en zorgt dat grondposities en vastgoed op het juiste moment en onder de juiste voorwaarden worden ingezet. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de transactie alleen en heb je oog voor het bredere belang. Je beweegt je tussen verschillende partijen en belangen. Je schakelt met bestuurders, projectteams, ondernemers en inwoners en weet complexe afspraken helder vast te leggen. Met een scherp oog voor kansen en risico's lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan ontwikkelingen op het gebied van wonen, werken en de fysieke leefomgeving. Wat ga je doen? - Voeren van onderhandelingen over grond- en vastgoedtransacties - Vastleggen van afspraken in overeenkomsten en zakelijke rechten - Adviseren over grondbeleid en uitgiftestrategieën - Contractueel ondersteunen van woningbouwontwikkelingen - Beheren van verhuur- en pachtovereenkomsten - Afgeronde hbo bachelor opleiding - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als Adviseur Grondzaken en Vastgoed - Recente ervaring binnen een gemeente/gemeentelijke organisatie Waarom reageren op deze vacature via Matchpartner?
