Welkom in je nieuwe speelveld, collega-huisvestingsadviseur! Bij HEVO in 's-Hertogenbosch en Zwolle kun jij rekenen op de uitdaging, vrijheid en variatie die passen bij jouw ambities. Dit ga je doen Als adviseur huisvesting vertaal je in een adviesteam van twee of drie collega's de visie van de opdrachtgever in vernieuwende en creatieve huisvestingsoplossingen of werk je aan de ontwikkeling van strategische toekomstvisies. Creatief? Jazeker, ga gerust eens buiten de gebaande paden. Zo zijn je collega's aan het experimenteren met dashboards en zijn we altijd op zoek naar vernieuwende werkvormen. Met jouw adviezen open je de ogen van opdrachtgevers en neem je ze mee in wat optimaal mogelijk is. De opdrachten zijn divers: haalbaarheids- en locatiestudies, landelijke onderzoeken (bijvoorbeeld naar routekaarten verduurzaming), integrale en strategische huisvestingsplannen, Programma's van Eisen en inpassingsstudies. Hoe geweldig is het als op basis van jouw adviezen toekomstbestendige, duurzame en gezonde gebouwen worden gerealiseerd waar gebruikers iedere dag van profiteren. Waar je opdrachtgevers ook blij mee maakt: door het hele traject in goede banen te leiden. Daarbij stel je de gebruikers centraal, bijvoorbeeld door inhoudelijke werksessies te organiseren met docentteams, kantoormedewerkers of gemeenteambtenaren. Omdat onze klanten veelal maatschappelijke organisaties zijn, heb je vaak een rol in de politieke besluitvorming en opereer je veelal op bestuurlijk niveau.
