Adviseur Informatiebeheer Detachering DIV 3-5 jaar Hbo 32 - 40 uur Dit ga je doen Deze gemeente in Noord Holland staat op een belangrijk punt in de ontwikkeling van haar informatievoorziening. Ze werken steeds meer digitaal, maar in de praktijk archiveren we nog zowel fysiek als digitaal. Dat moet anders. De gemeente wil toe naar 100% digitaal werken én archiveren. Tegelijkertijd zetten ze stappen in het verbeteren van de digitale werkomgeving. Om die veranderingen verantwoord en toekomstbestendig te realiseren, zoeken we een Informatieadviseur die overzicht én richting brengt. Jouw rol in het kort Je bent de specialist die digitale informatie toegankelijk en beheersbaar maakt. Je ontwikkelt beleid, vertaalt het naar de praktijk en durft keuzes te maken. Soms schuurt digitalisering met onze wettelijke archiefplicht; dan zoek jij geen vertraging, maar een pragmatische oplossing met digitale vooruitgang als uitgangspunt. Wat je gaat doen Je werkt aan twee belangrijke opdrachten die elkaar versterken: - je werkt aan de afronding en borging van het traject; - je bewaakt gebruiksvriendelijkheid, toegankelijkheid en informatieveiligheid; - je verbindt techniek, beleid en dagelijkse praktijk zodat iedereen straks goed kan werken in de nieuwe digitale omgeving. De gemeentearchivaris stelt in de recente KPI-rapportage dat we nog onvoldoende in control zijn op archief- en informatiebeheer. Jij krijgt de taak om dat te keren: - je stelt een plan van aanpak op waarmee we weer volledig voldoen aan de Archiefwet; - je richt het digitale archief in conform wettelijke eisen; - je beoordeelt selectie-, bewaar- en overbrengingstermijnen en zorgt samen met collega's voor uitvoering; - je ontwikkelt werkwijzen en instructies over archiveren, stuurt op kwaliteit, signaleert knelpunten en voert verbeteringen door; - je ondersteunt de organisatie in digitaal en zaakgericht werken; je bent coördinator, verbinder én sparringpartner voor collega's ...
