Bij gemeente Coevorden is de informatiehuishouding volop in ontwikkeling. De eisen vanuit wet- en regelgeving worden steeds groter en de dienstverlening digitaliseert in hoog tempo. De uitdaging die je aangaat Binnen het team Informatie & Processen werkt het cluster Documentaire Informatievoorziening (DIV) aan een informatiehuishouding waarin informatie duurzaam toegankelijk is. Er wordt onder andere gestart met de implementatie van een nieuw zaaksysteem en de nieuwe Archiefwet komt eraan. Je bent de adviseur die tactisch meedenkt én zorgt dat het ook in de dagelijkse praktijk werkt. Je kijkt kritisch naar beleidskaders, processen en werkwijzen, ontwikkelt waar nodig nieuwe kaders en richtlijnen en zorgt ervoor dat deze binnen de organisatie worden toegepast. Je vormt een verbindende schakel tussen DIV en andere clusters binnen het team Informatie & Processen. Ook kwaliteitsbewaking hoort bij jouw rol. Je denkt mee over hoe de kwaliteit van de informatiehuishouding structureel kan worden geborgd, gemonitord en verbeterd.
