Adviseur Inkoop en Contractmanagement - Tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast - VLAARDINGEN Openbare Scholengroep Vlaardingen Schiedam Binnen OSVS hebben we de basis gelegd voor professioneel inkopen. We werken met een hybride inkoopwerkwijze, hebben op onze scholen bestellers aangewezen en gebruiken een digitaal systeem voor bestellingen en contractbeheer. De volgende stap is om deze werkwijze verder te verbeteren en stevig te verankeren in de organisatie. Als Adviseur Inkoop en Contractmanagement begeleid je onze scholen en het bestuursbureau bij inkopen, aanbestedingen en contractbeheer. Daarbij houd je zicht op kansen, risico's en belangrijke contractmomenten. Wat ga je doen Je helpt collega's om binnen de afgesproken inkoopwerkwijze hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je legt uit welke route zij moeten volgen, denkt mee over praktische oplossingen en spreekt hen constructief aan wanneer afspraken niet worden nageleefd. Inkooporganisatie begeleiden Je ondersteunt de bestellers op onze scholen bij het gebruik van het digitale bestel- en inkoopproces. Je beantwoordt vragen, signaleert waar het proces nog niet goed loopt en zorgt er samen met de scholen voor dat bestellingen via de aangewezen bestellers verlopen. Inkoop en contractering Bij grotere of complexere inkopen begeleid je scholen en afdelingen vanaf de inkoopbehoefte tot en met het afsluiten van de overeenkomst. Je helpt bij het formuleren van de behoefte, het bepalen van de juiste inkooproute, het benaderen en beoordelen van leveranciers en het vastleggen van afspraken. We verwachten gemiddeld ongeveer twee Europese aanbestedingen per jaar. Afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring begeleid je deze zelfstandig of samen met een extern gespecialiseerd inkoopbureau. Contractbeheer Je ondersteunt contracteigenaren bij het beoordelen van offertes en overeenkomsten. Je kijkt kritisch naar voorwaarden, looptijden, verplichtingen en andere afspraken en signaleert onduidelijk...
