Met jouw deskundigheid, analytisch vermogen en verbindende aanpak help je onze organisatie continu te ontwikkelen. Je adviseert, inspireert en vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar werkbare oplossingen, zodat onze collega's iedere dag de best mogelijke zorg kunnen bieden. Als Adviseur Kwaliteit maak je deel uit van het Bestuursbureau, de stafafdeling van de Raad van Bestuur. Vanuit deze centrale positie adviseer je directeuren Zorg en managers over kwaliteitsbeleid en draag je bij aan een kwaliteitssysteem dat zorgprofessionals ondersteunt bij het leveren van passende, veilige en toekomstbestendige zorg. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk door de organisatie, weet mensen met elkaar te verbinden en brengt inhoudelijke expertise samen met een open blik, lef en een gezonde dosis Haagse humor. Je bent betrokken bij organisatiebrede projecten en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de kwaliteit van zorg én de bedrijfsvoering. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het ontwikkelen, onderhouden en doorontwikkelen van ons kwaliteitssysteem (HKZ, Generiek Kompas en Passende Zorg). - Het adviseren over kwaliteitsvraagstukken op tactisch en operationeel niveau. - Het opstellen, beoordelen en evalueren van plannen van aanpak. - Het initiëren, leiden of ondersteunen van kwalitei...
