Adviseur kwaliteit Jeugd en Regie - gemeente Hilversum 23 september 2026 door Gemeente.nu Jij maakt het verschil door beleid, uitvoering en ontwikkeling met elkaar te verbinden en de dienstverlening binnen het sociaal domein continu te versterken. Wat houdt je functie in? Als adviseur kwaliteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke kwaliteit en dienstverlening binnen de afdeling Maatschappelijke Ontwikkeling (MO), met een belangrijke focus op de Jeugdwet. Je werkt team overstijgend en integraal samen met andere teams binnen de organisatie. Daarbij werk je procesmatig en breng je veranderprocessen op gang. Ook vervul je, waar nodig, de rol van projectleider en realiseer je implementatietrajecten. In jouw rol faciliteer en coach je medewerkers in het zich continue verbeteren en leren. Daarbij heb je zicht op het functioneren van individuele medewerkers, het team en afgesproken procedures en werkafspraken. Je verzorgt de vakinhoudelijke ondersteuning en begeleiding van medewerkers bij de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Op inhoud en gedrag vanben je een belangrijke schakel in de hrm-cyclus van de leidinggevende van de individuele medewerkers. Je bent iemand die goed functioneert in een dynamische omgeving. Daarbij bewaak je het overzicht en weet structuur aan te brengen in de verschillende werkzaamheden. Je vertaalt beleid naar werkprocessen en verbetert deze, samen met het team. Gevraagd en ongevraagd adviserenaan het management van de organisatie is onderdeel van het takenpakket. Denk hierbij aan onderwerpen als het toepassen van regelgeving en procedures en ben je vraagbaak/ klankbord voor medewerkers en organisatie binnen het betreffende vakgebied. Je zorgt dat het team aansluiting heeft bij andere teams binnen het Sociaal Domein of indien nodig, daarbuiten.
