Je werkt voor de Hollandsche IJsselkering, Maeslantkering, Hartelkering, Oosterscheldekering, Stormvloedkering Ramspol en Haringvlietsluizen. Daarmee levert jouw werk een directe bijdrage aan een van de belangrijkste waterveiligheidssystemen van Nederland. Spreekt deze uitdaging je aan? Lees snel verder wat deze rol inhoudt. Hoe jij bijdraagt In deze rol neem je het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van het asset- en kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (QMS) voor je rekening. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen en procedures actueel, werkbaar en goed geborgd zijn. Je analyseert kwaliteitsinformatie uit de praktijk en vertaalt die naar concrete verbeteringen. Samen met je team stem je af met leverende dienstonderdelen en breng je het systeem in lijn met de vernieuwde organisatie, op weg naar ISO 55001-certificering in 2028. - Je begeleidt interne en externe audits op de keringen. - Je voert managementreviews en directiebeoordelingen uit. - Je modelleert bedrijfsprocessen met software zoals Visio. - Je adviseert over ontwikkelingen binnen asset- en kwaliteitsmanagement. - Je neemt deel aan een operationeel team en draait mee in de piketorganisatie. Samen met 2 gedreven collega's geef je een krachtige impuls aan asset- en kwaliteitsmanagement bij de 6 Nederlandse stormvloedkeringen. Je wordt geplaatst binnen het waterdistrict Zuid-Hollandse Rivieren, maar je werkt voor de keringen in het hele land. Je voelt je snel thuis in de verschillende teams en maakt gemakkelijk verbinding met proceseigenaren en leidinggevenden. Thuiswerken en werken op locatie wissel je in goed overleg af met je team...
