Als Adviseur Leren en Ontwikkelen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het concretiseren van de visie op leren en het vertalen van organisatiedoelen en gewenste veranderingen naar concrete ontwikkelplannen en passende leerinterventies. Je ontwikkelt en realiseert interventies op het gebied van cultuur, gedrag, samenwerking en leiderschapsontwikkeling, gericht op individu, team of organisatie. Je zoekt een goede balans tussen eenduidige organisatiebrede aanpak en maatwerk voor specifieke behoeften. Je initieert, bedenkt en voert acties uit en draagt bij aan het bevorderen van een actieve leercultuur. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Het uitdragen van de visie op leren, waaronder het stimuleren van kennisdeling, samenwerking en leren in de praktijk; - Het vertalen van organisatiedoelen naar concrete ontwikkelplannen ter bevordering van gewenste cultuur en benodigde competenties; - Innovaties op het gebied van leren en ontwikkelen, inclusief mogelijkheden voortkomend uit technologische ontwikkelingen; - Adviseren van leidinggevenden, teams en medewerkers over hun ontwikkeling; - Faciliteren van trainingen, workshops en andere leeractiviteiten; - Adviseren over didactische vormgeving van leerinterventies; - Optreden als interne expert en enthousiasmerend adviseur op het gebied van leren en ontwikkelen. Wie zoeken wij? Je bent een specialist in leren en ontwikkelen: bevlogen, verbindend en gedreven om medewerkers en teams in hun ontwikkeling te ondersteunen. Je legt verbinding op alle niveaus, legt relevante interne en externe contacten, brengt initiatieven samen en kent je (interne) klant. Je analyseert goed, ontdekt de vraag achter de vraag en vertaalt kernantwoorden naar behoeften en ambities.
