Als Adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen vertaal je complexe leervragen naar impactvolle oplossingen voor professionals in het publieke domein. Wat ga je doen? - Je brengt leer- en ontwikkelvragen terug tot de kern en ontdekt wat er écht speelt. - Je vertaalt leerbehoeften naar samenhangende leertrajecten en leerinterventies. - Je adviseert opdrachtgevers en collega's over leren, ontwikkelen en gedragsverandering. - Je werkt samen met trainers, accountmanagers en experts aan leeroplossingen met impact. - Je onderzoekt wat leertrajecten opleveren en gebruikt die inzichten voor verbetering en vernieuwing. Bij RadarVertige werken we aan een inclusieve, rechtvaardige en veilige samenleving, met ruimte voor ontwikkeling voor iedereen. Dat vraagt om een sterke publieke sector met weerbare en wendbare professionals. Met trainingen, leertrajecten en innovatieve leerinterventies dragen wij daaraan bij. Als Adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen vertaal je ontwikkelvragen van opdrachtgevers naar samenhangende, praktische en impactvolle leertrajecten. Je onderzoekt wat er écht speelt, ontwerpt passende oplossingen en begeleidt het volledige leerproces van analyse tot evaluatie. De kernopgave Leren draait bij ons niet om een verzameling werkvormen, maar om een doordacht ontwerp dat leidt tot blijvende gedragsverandering. We werken ervaringsgericht: voordoen, samendoen en zelf doen. Niet als trucje, maar als manier om leren duurzaam onderdeel te maken van het dagelijks werk. Daarom zoeken we geen adviseur die standaardprogramma's uitvoert, maar een bouwer. Iemand die een vage leervraag kan doorgronden, scherpe analyses maakt en leertrajecten ontwerpt die echt aansluiten bij de praktijk.
