Voor SWARCO in Zoetermeer zoeken we een supervisor die graag de touwtjes in handen heeft. Iemand die de techniek begrijpt, zijn mensen kent en energie krijgt van projecten die zichtbaar resultaat opleveren. Veel verantwoordelijkheid, volop vrijheid en iedere dag een nieuwe uitdaging. Klinkt goed? Lees dan vooral verder! Functieomschrijving Jij zorgt dat het buiten draait! Terwijl de projectcoördinator zich bezighoudt met de voorbereiding, zorg jij dat de plannen werkelijkheid worden. Je hebt zo'n 5 tot 8 projecten onder je hoede en bent hét aanspreekpunt op locatie. Je stuurt monteurs en onderaannemers aan, houdt grip op planning, budget en kwaliteit en zorgt dat verkeersinstallaties en openbare verlichting veilig en op tijd in gebruik worden genomen. Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen het organiseren van het werk. Jij: - Geeft je team richting, vertrouwen en de ruimte om goed werk te leveren. - Schakelt met opdrachtgevers, de projectcoördinator en de regiomanager. - Ziet risico's en afwijkingen aankomen en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. - Signaleert meerwerk en denkt mee over slimmere en efficiëntere werkmethodes. - Zorgt dat iedereen veilig werkt en met plezier aan de slag kan.
