Jouw rol Als Adviseur Leren & Ontwikkelen ontwerp en implementeer je leeroplossingen die direct bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van medewerkers én de organisatie. Je werkt samen met verschillende stakeholders en zorgt dat leren praktisch, inspirerend en resultaatgericht is. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen van trainingen, e-learnings en opleidingsprogramma's - Adviseren over leer- en ontwikkelvraagstukken - Vertalen van behoeften naar concrete leeroplossingen - Begeleiden van implementaties en borgen in de praktijk - Analyseren van resultaten en continu verbeteren Wat bieden wij? - Salaris tot €5.600 bruto per maand - 30 vakantiedagen + 8% vakantiegeld - Flexibele werktijden - Goede pensioenregeling - Veel ruimte voor ontwikkeling en groei - Informele, energieke werksfeer waar initiatief wordt gewaardeerd Wat breng je mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau (bijv.
