Jij bepaalt je eigen tarief, de tariefrange voor deze opdracht is: € 80,= - € 88,= bruto per uur, inclusief ALLE kosten, exclusief BTW, dat geldt voor de gehele opdrachtduur inclusief eventuele verlengingen. De opdrachtgever weegt het tarief nadrukkelijk wel mee in de beoordeling. De reden van inhuur voor deze opdracht: De inhuur is nodig vanwege de benodigde specifieke expertise op het gebied van de uitvoering van deze opdracht. Deze expertise is intern niet aanwezig bij de opdrachtgever. De opdracht richt zich op het tijdelijk overnemen van het projectleiderschap voor het nieuwe leerplatform, dat zich in de laatste fase van implementatie bevindt. Je werkt daarnaast aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe (online) leertrajecten, onder meer het leeraanbod Ambtelijk Vakmanschap en trajecten op maat.. De exacte invulling is afhankelijk van de vraag vanuit de (beleids)programma's, politiek bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en ambtelijk samenspel zijn sleutelbegrippen. Je werkt hierin samen met interne stakeholders en externe leveranciers. Interviewplanning We streven er naar de gesprekken te houden op 4 november 2026. Toelichting op rooster Flexibel.
