Adviseur M&O Vitaliteit & Arbo Gemeente De Ronde Venen - Mijdrecht - Vast contract - HBO - Fulltime - Medior (mid-career) Adviseur M&O Vitaliteit & Arbo 36 uur | Mijdrecht Jouw baan Als Adviseur M&O Vitaliteit & Arbo ben je gesprekspartner voor onze teammanagers en adviseer en ondersteun je hen bij vraagstukken rondom verzuim, vitaliteit, duurzame inzetbaarheid en, arbeidsomstandigheden. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je dagelijkse werk is het begeleiden van lopende verzuimcasuïstiek. Je adviseert en ondersteunt teammanagers bij individuele verzuimdossiers, denkt mee over passende vervolgstappen en bewaakt samen met hen de voortgang. Daarbij krijg je te maken met zowel reguliere als langdurige en complexere verzuimvraagstukken en begeleid en adviseer je onder andere rondom de Wet verbetering poortwachter en WIA-trajecten. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de situatie van vandaag. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen en aandachtspunten, herkent waar kansen liggen voor preventie en helpt leidinggevenden en medewerkers om aandacht te houden voor gezondheid en inzetbaarheid. Juist doordat je dicht op de dagelijkse verzuimpraktijk zit, zie je wat er binnen de organisatie speelt. Je herkent patronen en risico's en vertaalt signalen uit individuele dossiers naar mogelijkheden om eerder in actie te komen. Zo gebruik je wat je vandaag tegenkomt om ook te bouwen aan de aanpak van morgen. Vanuit jouw rol zet je je in voor de vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met je collega's binnen M&O, leidinggevenden en andere betrokkenen binnen en buiten de organisatie. Je deelt kennis, brengt de juiste mensen bij elkaar en draagt eraan bij dat vitaliteit en preventie steeds meer onderdeel worden van onze dagelijkse praktijk.
