Adviseur Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Ondernemen (MVO) Vacaturenummer: 80965 Dit ga je doen Internationale handel bevorderen én ervoor zorgen, dat bedrijven daarbij verantwoord omgaan met mens en milieu. Als Adviseur MVO help je RVO-collega's om maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen een vaste plek te geven in internationale programma's en projecten. Ook ondersteun je Nederlandse bedrijven bij het verantwoord omgaan met risico's in hun internationale waardeketens. Juist nu de wereld om hen heen snel verandert. Waar je aan gaat werken Samen met je directe collega's ga je aan de slag om het MVO uitvoeringsbeleid op te stellen en vorm te geven. Je vertaalt dit beleid naar concrete processen en werkwijzen. En je ontwikkelt praktische hulpmiddelen, die collega's ondersteunen bij de toepassing van het beleid. Zo adviseer je over MVO-risico's bij handelsmissies, internationale samenwerkingen en financierings- en subsidieprogramma's. Daarbij besteed je in het bijzonder aandacht aan de OESO-thema's milieu en klimaat en vertaal je deze naar concrete risico's en verantwoordelijkheden voor internationaal opererende bedrijven. Daarnaast deel je jouw kennis over MVO tijdens presentaties, inhoudelijke sessies en trainingen voor collega's. Je maakt complexe MVO-vraagstukken begrijpelijk en je weet de inhoud af te stemmen op het kennisniveau en de dagelijkse praktijk van de verschillende doelgroepen. Dat zijn bijvoorbeeld de project adviseurs van RVO, die in nauw contact staan met Nederlandse bedrijven. Ondernemers die vaak andere, commerciële belangen hebben en als eerste aan hun (internationale) concurrentiepositie denken en niet aan MVO. Dankzij jouw expertise en je begrip voor deze belangen, ondersteun je collega's om MVO bespreekbaar te maken met de ondernemer. Met de ambitie om het uiteindelijk onderdeel van hun bedrijfsvoering te laten zijn. Verder houd jij je bezig met het: - Beoordelen van de MVO self assesments, die bedrijven online...
