Als Adviseur Ondernemingen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere uitbouw van verzekeringsdossiers voor ondernemingen, zelfstandigen en hun gezinnen. Je begeleidt klanten van offerte tot polis en zorgt ervoor dat zij steeds kunnen rekenen op professioneel advies en een persoonlijke aanpak.

  • Begeleiden van klanten gedurende het volledige traject, van offerteaanvraag tot polisopmaak.
  • Beheren en updaten van verzekeringsdossiers.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten en verzekeringsmaatschappijen via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Adviseren over passende verzekeringsoplossingen afgestemd op de behoeften van ondernemers.
  • Onderhandelen met verzekeraars om optimale voorwaarden, premies en waarborgen te bekomen.
  • Opbouwen van duurzame relaties met klanten en professionele contacten binnen de verzekeringsmaatschappijen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met commerciële collega's om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Correct en efficiënt opvolgen van dossiers en administratieve processen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector, idealiter bij een verzekeringsmakelaar.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook sterk binnen een teamomgeving.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Je neemt initiatief en beschikt over een echte hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Kennis van beroepsaansprakelijkheid, cyberverzekeringen en/of bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid is een belangrijke troef.
  • Kennis van klassieke ondernemingsverzekeringen zoals brand en auto is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in contacten met klanten, partners en verzekeraars.
