Als Adviseur Onderzoek staan maatschappelijke vraagstukken in jouw werk centraal. Het systematisch en gedegen in kaart brengen van de (oorzaken en gevolgen van de) complexe uitdagingen waar onze klanten voorstaan, is een belangrijke voorwaarde om goed te kunnen adviseren. Je hebt daarbij een sterke focus op onderzoek naar het klant- en inwonerperspectief, het monitoren van de effecten van nieuw beleid, en de evaluatie en effectmeting van instrumenten die door (lokale) overheden worden ingezet. Bij BMC is geen dag hetzelfde en je krijgt de vrijheid om zelf je agenda te organiseren. De ene dag ben je bij de klant, zoals een ministerie, zorginstelling, onderwijsinstelling of gemeente, om interviews af te nemen of resultaten te presenteren. De andere dag werk je thuis geconcentreerd aan een rapportage. Tussen de bedrijven door schakel je met je collega's, fysiek op kantoor, via een (video)belafspraak, of tijdens een wandeling in de buitenlucht. Je werkt in breed samengestelde projectteams met projectleiders, (senior) onderzoekers en inhoudelijke adviseurs uit de verschillende domeinen waarbinnen BMC actief is.
