Adviseur projectbeheersing Zwolle Introductie Wil jij als Adviseur Projectbeheersing bijdragen aan projecten die zorgen voor veilig, schoon en voldoende water? Voor het team Waterketen van Waterschap Drents Overijsselse Delta in Zwolle zoeken we een ervaren professional die grip houdt op planning, financiën, capaciteit en risico's. Organisatie Waterschap Drents Overijsselse Delta werkt aan maatschappelijke opgaven rondom waterveiligheid, waterketen en watersysteem. Binnen de afdeling Projectrealisatie worden samen met onder andere overheden, ingenieursbureaus, aannemers en omgevingspartners projecten gerealiseerd die bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendige leefomgeving. Je werkt binnen het IPM-team Waterketen, dat verantwoordelijk is voor projecten rondom afvalwatertransport en afvalwaterzuivering. Jaarlijks zijn er circa 30 projecten in uitvoering voor de instandhouding van de assets binnen de waterketen. De projecten vallen onder de clusters Zuiveren, Rioolgemalen, Transportleidingen en Procesautomatisering. Het team werkt volgens de methodiek 'seriematig werken', waarbij continu leren en verbeteren centraal staat. Ook spelen ontwikkelingen rondom Verdygo, circulair en emissieloos bouwen, digitalisering en samenwerking met de markt een belangrijke rol. Functie Als Adviseur Projectbeheersing zorg je ervoor dat projecten binnen tijd, budget en scope blijven. Je houdt overzicht over de financiële administratie, capaciteit, planning, risico's en voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat het projectteam beschikt over betrouwbare stuurinformatie. Je monitort kredieten, budgetwijzigingen en uitgaven en stelt samen met projectteamleden financiële prognoses op. Ook bewaak je de beschikbare capaciteit door begrote, geschreven en nog benodigde uren inzichtelijk te houden. Daarnaast stel je planningen op en zorg je dat deze actueel blijven.
