Functiebeschrijving Voor de Gemeente Drimmelen is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Adviseur ruimtelijke ordening voor 36 uur per week. Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ordening 32/36 uur Wat ga je doen? Als adviseur ruimtelijke ordening ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren over, uitwerken en borgen van ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen, plannen en beleidsvraagstukken, zodanig dat initiatieven en beleid bijdragen aan een evenwichtige, duurzame en toekomstbestendige inrichting van de leefomgeving binnen de kaders van de Omgevingswet. - Je begeleidt ruimtelijke plannen en procedures van initiatief tot besluitvorming door plannen inhoudelijk te beoordelen, adviezen op te halen bij specialisten en ketenpartners, een integrale afweging te maken en zorg te dragen voor de besluitvorming rondom het plan en de publicatie. - Je adviseert het bestuur, management en collega's over ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen en beleid en zorgt daarbij voor de juiste afwegingskaders bij adviezen over ruimtelijke plannen, waarbij gekeken wordt naar kansen, mogelijke oplossingsrichtingen, gevolgen en risico's. - Je verbindt interne en externe partijen en onderhoudt contacten met inwoners, initiatiefnemers, ontwikkelaars en ketenpartners zoals de provincie en het waterschap door regelmatig te overleggen en waar nodig te onderhandelen, om samenwerking, participatie en draagvlak te bevorderen. - Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert en borgt ruimtelijk beleid voor zowel de kernen als het landelijk gebied in de omgevingsvisie, het omgevingsplan en programma's, waarbij aandacht is voor diverse maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen en milieu- en leefomgevingsvraagstukken en de daarbij behorende spanningsvelden. - Je volgt en signaleert trends en ontwikkelingen op nationaal, provinciaal en regionaal niveau en vertaalt deze naar kansen, aandachtspu...
