Wat je gaat doen - Uitvoering geven aan de aanbestedingsprocedure jeugdhulpprofessionals - Doorontwikkelen van groepswerk en blended care - Onderzoeken of de doorbraakmethode kan worden ingevoerd - Uitvoeren van onderzoek opvoeden en opgroeien (vragenlijst maken, uitzetten en analyseren) - Doorontwikkeling van de overgang van 18- naar 18+ en versterken samenwerking jeugdhulp - volwassenen GGZ aanbieders Functie-eisen - HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau - 5 tot 7 jaar werkervaring als (interim) projectleider of strategisch beleidsadviseur, bij voorkeur bij een gemeente of regio - Aantoonbare soortgelijke werkervaring - Ervaring met het verankeren van vernieuwende concepten in bestekken/aanbestedingen - Ervaring met het opzetten, uitzetten en analyseren van beleidsonderzoek onder inwoners - Kennis van maatwerkmethodieken - Draagkrachtig, bestuurlijk sensitief, verbindend en analytisch Opdrachtgever Gemeente Molenlanden is een overheidsorganisatie die zich inzet voor de inwoners van de regio Molenlanden.
