Je primaire aandachtsgebied is (ver)huur en toewijzing. Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Huisvestingsverordening: adviseren over en implementeren van wijzigingen. - Toewijzingsbeleid: opstellen van het toewijzingsbeleid. - Lokaal maatwerk: in kaart brengen van mogelijkheden voor lokaal maatwerk binnen de regio en adviseren over toepassing binnen De Sleutels. - Servicekosten: implementeren van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving rondom servicekosten. - Wonen Eerst: uitwerken van en adviseren over dit thema. - Interne vraagbaak: fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor (ver)huur en toewijzing (woonruimteverdeling, urgenties, wet- en regelgeving). - Sparringpartner: adviseren en sparren met de manager Wonen, teamleiders en collega's over beleid, strategie en uitvoering. - Onderhoudsbeleid: bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling hiervan. Strategische vertaling Ontwikkelingen: je vertaalt relevante (maatschappelijke) ontwikkelingen naar de organisatie en de dagelijkse praktijk van De Sleutels.
