In de planuitwerkingsfase wordt gewerkt aan het zorgvuldig inpassen van het voorkeursalternatief met aandacht voor eventuele nadelige effecten door mitigerende en/of compenserende maatregelen uit te werken. Binnen deze fase wordt invulling gegeven aan de maatwerklocaties, ontwerpopgaven en meekoppelkansen en de vereiste voorbereiding welke nodig is om te komen tot een projectbesluit en aanbesteding richting aannemer. Voor het IPM-team zoeken wij een adviseur Technisch Management. Vanuit jouw functie: • Maak je onderdeel uit van het tecnisch team • Rapporteer je aan de Technisch Manager over voortgang, openstaande acties en benodigde besluiten • Stem je af met ontwerpers, contractadviseurs en omgevingsadviseurs • Bewaak je de samenhang tussen de verschillende technische disciplines • Bereid je de technische keuzes en besluitvormingsdocumenten voor en legt besluiten vast. • Borg je de maakbaarheid, duurzaamheid en toekomstig beheer & onderhoud in het ontwerp • Ben je in staat om technische eisen die vanuit de (interne en externe) stakeholders komen te doorgronden en integraal af te wegen. Daarbij zoek je naar het optimum tussen kosten, eisen en wensen. Eisen: • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau Een voorkeur voor minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbaar werkveld met IPM-projectteams • Ruime ervaring in (bij voorkeur de planuitwerkingsfase van) dijkversterkingsprojecten • Je bent in staat kritisch te zijn op je eigen werkzaamheden en op die van een ander en weet hoofd- en bijzaken van e...
