dé verbinder van leiderschap en technologie Als Adviseur Tunnelonderhoud en Prestatiecontracten richt je je op contractbeheersing, tunneltechnische installaties en veilige onderhoudstransities. De functie Als Adviseur Tunnelonderhoud en Prestatiecontracten adviseer je binnen een landelijke infrastructuuropdracht over technische, organisatorische, financiële en juridische onderhoudsvraagstukken. Je werkt aan contractbeheer, systeemgerichte contractbeheersing, toetsplanningen, prestatiemetingen, wijzigingsovereenkomsten en de beoordeling van opleverdossiers. Daarbij weeg je de gevolgen van het in- en uitfaseren van tunneltechnische installaties mee voor veiligheid, tijd, geld en verkeershinder. Jouw taken - Je stelt het contractbeheersplan voor het prestatiecontract op en werkt dit bij voor de periode oktober 2026 tot en met 2029. - Je stelt tweemaal per jaar de SCB-toetsplanning vast en beoordeelt viermaal per jaar de toetsevaluaties, inclusief schriftelijk advies over het bijstellen van risico's. - Je stelt de agenda op voor het tweewekelijkse interne overleg en verzorgt de verslaglegging in een besluitenlijst. - Je beoordeelt en stelt verbeter- en investeringsvoorstellen vast, met input van de technisch adviseur en beheerder. - Je stelt tweemaal per jaar de prestatiemeting met de opdrachtnemer op en zit het overleg over de uitkomsten voor. Ook stel je de onderbouwing op van prestatieverklaringen voor vast onderhoud, twaalf keer per jaar, en voor verrekenbare werkzaamheden, zes keer per jaar. - Je beoordeelt circa vijftien wijzigingsovereenkomsten per jaar over extra werkzaamheden en stelt overeenkomsten op voor het in- en uitfaseren van technische installaties, waarna deze worden vastgesteld. - Je beoordeelt en accepteert het opleverdossier over de periode van 1 januari 2025 tot en met 31 augustus 2026, circa 25 documenten per jaar en zes keer per jaar de voortgangsrapportage. - Je zit het voortgangsoverleg met de prestatiecontr...
