Als Adviseur Vergunningen ben jij de schakel die projecten mogelijk maakt door complexe vergunningstrajecten succesvol te begeleiden. Wat ga je doen? - Je adviseert en ondersteunt het projectteam in de vergunningprocedures, met focus op risicobeheersing en naleving van regelgeving. - Je coördineert vergunningaanvragen, inclusief het opstellen en indienen van de benodigde documenten. - Je beoordeelt vergunningaanvragen op haalbaarheid, regelgeving en wettelijke eisen en schakelt waar nodig interne en externe experts in. - Je toetst of de benodigde documenten en onderzoeken aansluiten op de wettelijke vereisten voor een ontvankelijke vergunningaanvraag. - Je onderhoudt contact met betrokken partijen, zoals bevoegde rijksinstanties, waterschappen en omgevingsdiensten, en schakelt proactief. - Je houdt het vergunningenregister bij en stuurt actief op tijdige verlening in relatie tot de projectplanning. Wat we van jou verwachten - Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Bouwkunde, (milieu)recht, ruimtelijke ordening, bestuurskunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied. - Ervaring met vergunningenmanagement in grootschalige projecten en kennis van de wet- en regelgeving voor ondergrondse infrastructuur. - Kennis van en ervaring met digitale systemen, zoals Wabo, Waterwet, GIS en OLO. - Creativiteit in het verbinden en oplossingsgericht denken, en het op één lijn brengen van uiteenlopend...
