Als verzekeringsadviseur ben je het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor klanten in het kantoor in Zaventem. Je combineert klantencontact, administratie en advies in een afwisselende functie met ruimte om te groeien.

  • Je helpt klanten verder via loketwerk en telefonisch contact
  • Je volgt dossiers en schadedossiers nauwkeurig op
  • Je verwerkt klantgegevens correct in het systeem
  • Je adviseert klanten op een persoonlijke en commerciële manier
  • Je groeit stap voor stap door naar een expert in verzekeringen
  • Een bacheloropleiding is welkom; PCP-attesten zijn een plus of kunnen nog worden opgebouwd
  • Een eerste ervaring in verzekeringen, administratie, klantencontact of financiële dienstverlening is mooi meegenomen
  • Commerciële feeling helpt je om klanten op een persoonlijke manier verder te helpen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en volgt dossiers proactief op
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en helpt klanten ook graag verder in het Frans
  • Vriendelijkheid, luisterbereidheid en een klantgerichte aanpak maken voor jou het verschil
