Over de functie Vanuit BMC ondersteunen en adviseren we gemeenten en uitvoeringsorganisaties op het gebied van werk en inkomen, arbeidsmarkt en bestaanszekerheid. We staan in Nederland komende jaren voor uitdagingen die voortkomen uit ontwikkelingen zoals vergrijzing, ontgroening en migratie, veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving en de economische conjunctuur. Voor een toekomstbestendige arbeidsmarkt waarin iedereen kan mee doen is het onder meer nodig dat er passende ondersteuning en omscholing is. Daarnaast is het bieden van een bestaansminimum een belangrijke opgave. Uiteraard staat voor komende jaren ook de implementatie van de participatiewet in balans en de verdere vorming van de regionale arbeidsmarktregio's op de agenda. Bij deze ontwikkelingen zijn een goed samenspel met onder andere onderwijs, economie, gemeenten essentieel, gebaseerd op inzichtelijke en dynamische data. Als adviseur Werk en Inkomen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven en implementeren van beleid en projecten op het gebied van werk & inkomen en arbeidsmarkt. In deze rol werk jij aan het versterken van de arbeidsmarktpositie van inwoners en zorg jij ervoor dat kwetsbare groepen toegang hebben tot passende inkomensondersteuning. Dit realiseer jij door trends en ontwikkelingen te analyseren en beleid te ontwikkelen dat inspeelt op maatschappelijke en economische veranderingen. Jij fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen verschillende interne afdelingen en externe stakeholders, zoals werkgevers, onderwijsinstellingen en maatschappelijke organisaties. Samen met hen werk jij aan programma's en projecten die de arbeidsparticipatie verhogen, werkloosheid en armoede tegengaan...
