- Over Compagnon - Werken bij Adviseur Werving & Selectie (detachering) Voor het RVO in Den Haag zijn wij op zoek naar een Adviseur Werving & Selectie voor 36 uur per week, gedurende 3 maanden lang (met optie tot 2x 6 maanden verlenging). De startdatum staat gepland op 12 oktober 2026. De functie Je werkt bij ons vanuit huis, volledig gefaciliteerd, én op een van onze locaties in Utrecht, Den Haag, Assen, Zwolle of Roermond. Om goed in te werken word je minimaal twee dagen per week verwacht op locatie Den Haag. Elke twee weken werken we op donderdag met het hele team samen op kantoor. Dat moment gebruiken we om bij te praten, af te stemmen en samen te werken. Dat is wisselend in Utrecht en Zwolle. Verder werken wij hybride, wat betekent dat we veel via MS Teams overleggen. Onderling proberen collega's wekelijks op een kantoor af te spreken om samen te werken. Team werving & selectie heeft een centrale functie binnen RVO voor de werving van nieuwe medewerkers. Dagelijks adviseren wij het management over de juiste wervingsstrategie om de juiste kandidaten en talenten aan te trekken. Wij zijn gefocust op het elke dag beter en slimmer willen doen. Daarom blijven wij altijd scherp op datgene wat wij doen en hoe wij ons hierin steeds verder kunnen professionaliseren. Hierin denk jij natuurlijk ook mee! Wij zijn onder andere bezig met trainingen, nieuwe tools om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren en het delen van kennis en ervaring onderling. We kijken niet alleen binnen ons team maar ook naar overkoepelende thema's zoals arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, campusrecruitment, diversiteit en inclusie, talent gericht werken, en datagericht werken.
