Over de functie Als adviseur Wijken- en Dorpendeal werk je binnen het team Leefbaarheid aan het realiseren van 100 nieuwe wijken- en dorpendeals in Gelderland. Je ondersteunt initiatieven uit de samenleving, brengt partijen samen en begeleidt deals van idee tot besluitvorming. Je werkt nauw samen met partners, bezoekt gemeenten en samenwerkingsverbanden en draagt bij aan het versterken van sociale cohesie en leefbaarheid in de provincie. Wat je gaat doen - Actief op zoek gaan naar nieuwe Wijken- en Dorpendeals - Bezoeken van gemeenten en regionale samenwerkingsverbanden - Begeleiden van deals naar interne besluitvorming - Afstemmen met collega's van Subsidies en het Multidisciplinaire Team - Voorstellen doen voor verbetering binnen het team - Afstemming zoeken met collega's binnen verschillende programma's - Reguliere werkzaamheden uitvoeren binnen het team Leefbaarheid Functie-eisen - Minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring (2020 - heden) in het bij elkaar brengen van verschillende partijen voor concrete afspraken/resultaten - Aantoonbare ervaring (2020 - heden) met gebiedsgericht en/of maatschappelijk werken met gemeenten, inwonersinitiatieven, maatschappelijke organisaties, verenigingen en/of ondernemers - Ervaring (2020 - heden) met het vertalen van ideeën en ambities naar concrete plannen, afspraken en uitvoering Opdrachtgever Provincie Gelderland is de grootste provincie van Nederland en werkt met circa 2.000 medewerkers aan een mooie, schone, welvarende en veilige leefomgeving.
