Vanuit ons kantoor in Doornspijk werk je in een betrokken team, krijg je veel vrijheid en bouw je aan langdurige relaties met klanten en collega's. Wie zijn wij? De Boer Adviseurs is al ruim 80 jaar een vertrouwd gezicht in de regio. We geloven in persoonlijk contact, korte lijnen en advies op maat. Binnen ons team heerst een informele sfeer waarin samenwerken, humor en betrokkenheid centraal staan. Niet voor niets blijven collega's vaak jarenlang bij ons werken. Wat ga je doen? Als Adviseur Zakelijke Verzekeringen beheer je jouw eigen zakelijke klantenportefeuille. Je bezoekt ondernemers, brengt risico's in kaart en adviseert over passende verzekeringen. Je werkt samen met een vaste ondersteuner, zodat jij je kunt richten op persoonlijk advies en relatiebeheer. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren van zakelijke klanten over verzekeringen en risicobeheer. - Bezoeken van klanten of afspraken op kantoor. - Beheren en uitbreiden van je eigen klantenportefeuille. - Onderhouden van contact met verzekeraars en relaties. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en actief netwerken. Wie ben jij? Jij bent iemand die graag meedenkt met ondernemers en makkelijk contact legt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook de samenwerking met collega's op. Daarnaast breng je mee: - Minimaal 1 à 2 jaar relevante werkervaring. - Mbo- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau. - Wft Schade Zakelijk. - Rijbewijs B. - Een klantgerichte, nauwkeurige en ondernemende instelling. Wat krijg je van ons? - Een salaris tussen € 3.900 en € 4.800 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. - Een dienstverband van 24 tot 40 uur per week. - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en de mogelijkheid ...
