Je krijgt circa 20 warme leads per week en voert zelf de regie van eerste contact en agenda tot voorbereiding, advies, opvolging en close. Ons AI-agentteam, onze adviessoftware en onze operationele organisatie ondersteunen je. Warme leads Eigen planning en opvolging AI-ondersteund advies On target earnings € 12.000 per maand bij 16 opdrachten Maandtarget 16 / 16 Basisvergoeding € 500 per opdracht Accelerator + € 250 over alle opdrachten 20 warme leads Van warme lead tot getekende opdracht. Geen koude acquisitie en geen eigen installatieorganisatie. Je bent wel zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële traject. Je pakt de lead op, plant je gesprekken, bereidt het advies voor, voert het gesprek, volgt door en vraagt om de opdracht. 01 Nieuwe leads snel opvolgen en zelfstandig je agenda en route organiseren 02 De klant en energiesituatie voorbereiden met onze software en AI-agenten 03 Technische mogelijkheden begrijpelijk en overtuigend adviseren 04 Bezwaren oplossen, actief opvolgen en de opdracht closen Resultaat wordt beloond. Je ontvangt € 500 per binnengehaalde opdracht. Vanaf 16 opdrachten per kalendermaand gaat de accelerator aan en ontvang je € 250 extra over iedere opdracht van die maand. Je ontvangt € 750 per opdracht over alle 16 opdrachten. Eén samenwerking, twee verantwoordelijkheden Jij de commerciële regie. Wij de organisatie erachter.
