Als Backline Advisor Internationaal bij DHL Express via ASA Talent werk je in een professioneel team dat zich bezighoudt met internationale zendingen. Je wisselt thuiswerken af met dagen op het moderne kantoor in Arnhem, waar je samen met collega's werkt aan het vlot en zorgvuldig afhandelen van klantcases. Ongeveer de helft van je dag besteed je aan klantcontact en dossierbeheer, de rest aan afstemming met collega's van customer service en operations. Je krijgt een goede inwerkperiode, leert de DHL-systemen stap voor stap kennen en werkt met duidelijke afspraken en KPI's. Wat je gaat doen: - Je beheert klantdossiers van A tot Z en legt alle stappen zorgvuldig vast in de systemen. - Je hebt telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten in het Nederlands en Engels over de status van hun zendingen. - Je onderzoekt vertragingen en vermiste zendingen in track & trace-, CRM- en ticketsystemen en werkt toe naar een onderbouwde oplossing. - Je stemt dagelijks af met frontline customer service en operations zodat cases volgens afspraken worden opgepakt. - Je bewaakt doorlooptijden, signaleert knelpunten en levert zo een bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en resultaten van het team.
