Ben jij een ervaren advocaat met diepgaande expertise op het gebied van het ondernemings-, contracten- en/of aansprakelijkheidsrecht? Dan nodigen wij jou uit om te solliciteren voor deze vacature. Wat houdt deze functie in? Als advocaat-medewerker contracten- en aansprakelijkheidsrecht houd jij je bezig met het zo optimaal mogelijk adviseren en vertegenwoordigen van cliënten bij juridische kwesties binnen het contracten- en aansprakelijkheidsrecht. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - het opstellen en beoordelen van (internationale) contracten; - het reviewen en uitonderhandelen van contracten; - het procederen in verband met geschillen die betrekking hebben op contractuele en buitencontractuele aansprakelijkheid. Dit doe je voor een deel zelfstandig, maar voor een deel ook samen met andere advocaten uit het team. Waar kom je te werken? De standplaats voor deze vacature is onze vestiging in Den Haag, de juridische hoofdstad van Nederland, die een dynamische en inspirerende omgeving biedt. Onze locatie bevindt zich op een centrale plek, waardoor het makkelijk bereikbaar is met het openbaar vervoer en dichtbij diverse voorzieningen ligt. Daarnaast hebben we voldoende parkeergelegenheden en bevinden we ons op loopafstand van de gezellige Theresiastraat en het Haagse Bos.
