AFAS Consultant - Functioneel Beheerder - Op locatie - - Volendam , Noord-Holland , Nederland - ICT Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Ben jij handig met AFAS en wil je samen met een enthousiast ICT-team werken aan het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van onze applicaties? Wij zoeken een AFAS Consultant die samen met ons ICT-team het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van AFAS oppakt. De focus ligt nu vooral op HRM en het inrichten van ERP. Je beheert en optimaliseert de software, lost incidenten op en vertaalt werkprocessen naar praktische, efficiënte workflows. Je bent onderdeel van de ICT afdeling, je werkt nauw samen met HR, de business en leveranciers om functionele wensen te realiseren. Daarnaast ben je voor gebruikers een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt. Heb je ook nog een financiële achtergrond? Dat is mooi meegenomen, zeker omdat AFAS ERP, HRM en (op termijn) CRM in één systeem samenkomen. Financieel inzicht helpt om processen zoals facturatie en projectadministratie net wat beter te begrijpen. Je werkt het grootste deel van de week aan AFAS, maar springt ook bij op andere applicaties wanneer dat nodig is. Jouw rol - Het beheren, onderhouden en verbeteren van de AFAS-omgeving, met de focus op HRM en ERP - Applicaties inrichten en afstemmen op de behoeften van de organisatie en gebruikers - Het analyseren en oplossen van incidenten en knelpunten - Het testen, plannen en implementeren van nieuwe AFAS-releases en functionaliteiten - Samenwerken met externe partijen en collega's om processen te verbeteren - Het actueel houden van documentatie, werkinstructies en procedures - Het ontwikkelen en verzorgen van trainingen voor eindgebruikers - Algemene ondersteuning bieden voor overige toegewezen applicaties Vereisten Wie wij zoeken - HBO werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als AFAS Consultant - Diepgaande kennis van AFAS, vooral van HRM en ERP - CRM kennis en een financiële achtergrond is een pre - ...
