Je werkt met organisaties in onder meer de zorg en het onderwijs en draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van hun payrollomgeving. - Consultancy - Parttime/Fulltime - 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring - Oosterhout, hybride - € 3.700 - € 5.248 Wat ga je doen? Je bent een echte partner voor jouw klanten: je ondersteunt, adviseert en begeleidt hen bij interne veranderingen en meerjarige verbetertrajecten. Je werkt niet alleen aan processen, maar vooral met mensen; van de HR-afdeling tot directie. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten hun payrollprocessen slimmer, consistenter en toekomstbestendiger inrichten. Hierbij combineer je inhoudelijke kennis met adviesvaardigheid. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: - Werken in een vast team dat samen verantwoordelijk is voor een eigen klantenportefeuille. - Het helpen van organisaties bij procesverbetering, adoptie van nieuwe mogelijkheden en implementatie van veranderingen. - Delen van kennis binnen het team en begeleidt junior en medior collega's in hun ontwikkeling. - Onderhouden van intensief contact met klanten en denkt proactief mee over hun uitdagingen. Wat vragen wij van je? Je hebt al de nodige ervaring binnen HR, met een focus op salarisadministratie, en bent klaar voor een volgende stap waarin je meer adviseert, meedenkt en impact maakt bij organisaties. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om écht verschil te maken. Daarnaast heb je: - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met salarisadministratie of HR-processen. - HBO werk- en denkniveau en een gezonde dosis analytisch vermogen. - De motivatie om nieuwe systemen snel eigen te maken (ervaring met AFAS is géén vereiste). - Een talent voor klantrelaties en procesverbetering.
