Voor de verdere uitbouw van een autonome en strategische schrijnwerkerij binnen een grotere groep zoeken we een gedreven Projectmanager Schrijnwerkerij.

In deze ondernemende rol ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de houtafdeling. Je waakt over de planning, calculeert nieuwe projecten en draagt actief bij aan de commerciële groei. Je werkt met een gepassioneerd team aan uiteenlopende opdrachten — zowel voor externe klanten als interne partners. Met jouw organisatorisch talent en sterke people skills breng je structuur, efficiëntie en positieve energie in de dagelijkse werking.

Wat je doet:

  • Commerciële ontwikkeling: Je versterkt het netwerk bij architecten en bouwt de schrijnwerkerij verder uit als zelfstandige speler in de markt.
  • Offertes & voorbereiding: Je stelt nauwkeurige offertes op, voert calculaties uit en stemt af met werkvoorbereiding en productie.
  • Planning en opvolging: Je coördineert de volledige workflow van offerte tot oplevering binnen de schrijnwerkerij.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je identificeert verbeterkansen in productie en planning, met oog voor digitalisering en efficiëntie.
  • Leiderschap & teamwerking: Je stuurt een team aan van drie projectcoördinatoren en een twintigtal vakmannen. Je stimuleert een cultuur van verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking en professionele groei.
  • Ondernemerschap zit je in het bloed, je hebt commercieel en strategisch inzicht. Je wil dingen in beweging
  • brengen.
  • Bachelor of master bouwkunde en aantoonbare ervaring in projectleiding binnen schrijnwerk en/of
  • (hout)bouw
  • Sterke skills in planning, calculatie en organisatie en een neus voor optimalisatie
  • Natuurlijke leider en mensenkenner
