Je combineert verbindend leiderschap met een scherpe organisatieanalyse en vertaalt bevindingen naar een concreet en gedragen toekomstadvies. Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Leidinggeven: Geef coachend en resultaatgericht leiding aan de leidinggevenden binnen de afdeling; stimuleer eigenaarschap, professionele ontwikkeling en samenwerking. - Continuïteit bewaken: Zorg voor bestuurlijke, organisatorische en inhoudelijke continuïteit en borging van lopende maatschappelijke opgaven. - Portfolio- en capaciteitssturing: Stuur met leidinggevenden op portfolio, prioriteiten, capaciteit en kwaliteit. - Planning & control: Bewaak de bijdrage van de afdeling aan de planning-en-controlcyclus. - Ambtelijk opdrachtgever: Treed op als ambtelijk opdrachtgever voor relevante opgaven binnen het sociaal domein. - Advisering: Adviseer directie en bestuur over maatschappelijke opgaven, beleidskeuzes en uitvoerbaarheid. - Samenwerking versterken: Versterk de samenwerking met andere afdelingen, uitvoeringsketens en partners. - Analyse en diagnose: Breng opdracht, governance, positionering, sturing en samenwerking in beeld; voer gesprekken met directie, bestuur, management, medewerkers en partners. - Leiderschapsopgave bepalen: Analyseer welke leiderschapsopgave de afdeling de komende jaren heeft en werk realistische scenario's uit voor de toekomstige invulling van de rol. - Eindadvies opleveren: Lever een concreet en gedragen advies op voor het structurele functieprofiel en de daaropvolgende werving; leg besluiten, aandachtspunten en vervolgstappen zorgvuldig vast.
