In deze rol geef je leiding aan een divers team van circa 50 professionals binnen het gemeentelijk vastgoed. Je werkt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van vastgoedmanagement en draagt bij aan duurzaam, toegankelijk en toekomstbestendig vastgoed voor Arnhem.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de afdeling en werkt nauw samen met de coördinatoren en verschillende teams. Je geeft richting, stimuleert ontwikkeling en bent een stevige sparringpartner voor medewerkers en bestuur. Wat ga je doen? • Je geeft leiding aan circa 50 professionals binnen vastgoedmanagement; • Je vertaalt het huidige beleid naar een jaarplan en bijbehorende begroting; • Je geeft de coördinatoren duidelijke kaders en taken mee voor de uitvoering; • Je onderhoudt actief contact met het bestuur; • Je stimuleert innovatie, verbinding en samenwerking binnen de afdeling en met andere organisatieonderdelen; • Je werkt aan de verdere verbetering en vernieuwing van het vastgoedbeheer; • Je begeleidt de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatiestructuur van de afdeling; • Je draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van vastgoedmanagement vanuit portefeuillesturing;• Je bent sparringpartner voor de teams en ondersteunt hen bij uitdagingen zoals tijdelijke onderbezetting en projecten; • Je stimuleert medewerkers om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen hun vakgebied.
