Opdrachtomschrijving Vanwege een tijdelijk verlof zoeken we bij de afdeling Beleid & Planvorming een ervaren Afdelingssecretaris. Waternet zoekt een stevige en proactieve senior afdelingssecretaris die als rechterhand van de afdelingsmanager en het afdelings-MT een sleutelrol speelt in de strategische en organisatorische koers van de afdeling Beleid & Planvorming. Beleid & Planvorming is de motor achter onze vitale publieke voorziening. Je adviseert daarom niet alleen over de algehele bedrijfsvoering, maar o.a. ook over complexe strategische processen en bestuurlijke dynamiek. Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen de afdeling, bewaakt met een helikopterview de integrale samenhang en bent verantwoordelijk voor een slagvaardige processturing. Verantwoordelijk voor strategische besluitvorming, waaronder het inhoudelijk voorbereiden van beleid en besluiten van de afdelingsmanager en het afdelings-MT ten behoeve van het MT Drinkwater (MT DW). Verantwoordelijk voor het strategieproces en het coördineren van de creatie, updates en opvolging van diverse rapportages, doelstellingen en verantwoordelijkheden. Regisseert de MT-overleggen: stelt de agenda op, zit de overleggen voor en bewaakt proactief de uitvoering en voortgang van de afgesproken acties. Sparringpartner voor strategisch- en concernadviseurs over alle afdelingsgerelateerde zaken. Fungeert als volwaardig gesprekspartner en integer klankbord op strategisch niveau.
