Voor een stabiele en groeiende groothandel in bouwmaterialen zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste medewerker die de afdeling dakmaterialen verder uitbouwt en klanten begeleidt bij hun aankopen.

Als afdelingsverantwoordelijke ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor zowel particuliere als professionele klanten. Dankzij jouw commerciële ingesteldheid en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je voor een uitstekende service en een aantrekkelijke afdeling.

Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Klanten adviseren over dakmaterialen en bouwmaterialen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes op maat.
  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van de afdeling dakmaterialen.
  • Zorgen voor een verzorgde en overzichtelijke presentatie van het assortiment.
  • Assortiment opvolgen en optimaliseren.
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en onderhandelen over producten en prijzen.
  • Leveranciers evalueren en nieuwe opportuniteiten onderzoeken.
  • Administratieve verwerking van bestellingen, offertes en dossiers.
  • Klachten professioneel behandelen en klantgerichte oplossingen aanbieden.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's en rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de zaakvoerder.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met de juiste motivatie en commerciële ingesteldheid.

Jij:

  • bent klantvriendelijk en communiceert vlot;
  • staat open voor zaterdagwerk en collectieve sluiting
  • denkt commercieel en ziet opportuniteiten;
  • werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk;
  • kan goed omgaan met cijfers;
  • neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid;
  • hebt affintiteit in bouwmaterialen of dakmaterialen.
