Als afdelingsverantwoordelijke heren ben je dagelijks aanwezig op de winkelvloer in Brugge. Je zorgt er samen met de shopmanager voor dat jouw afdeling vlot draait en dat klanten genieten van een warme, professionele service. Je stuurt je team aan, coacht hen en organiseert de werking van de afdeling van openen tot sluiten.

Je dag start met het doornemen van de planning en het briefen van je team. Doorheen de dag motiveer je medewerkers, hou je de service op topniveau en zorg je dat de afdeling er netjes bij ligt. Je volgt cijfers op, stuurt bij waar nodig, en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling. Naast het coachen van je team denk je mee na over aanwervingen en begeleid je nieuwe collega's.
