- Scheemda - Fulltime - 40.00 uur Op de productieafdeling zoeken we versterking, er is ruimte voor drie operators waarvan één een allround operator (met VAPRO A) en twee operators met ervaring in een chemische omgeving. Heb je ervaring en wil je je kennis inzetten bij een wereldwijd marktleider? Dit is je kans! Alles wat in dit bedrijf gemaakt wordt voldoet aan de hoogste eisen op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu. Hierbij werk je volgens een duidelijke productieplanning (LEAN) waarbij je het overzicht goed bewaakt, ook wanneer het druk is. Om de kwaliteit hoog te houden controleer je de documentatie, producten en grondstoffen in diverse stadia door onder andere het uitvoeren van CQ tests waarbij je rekening houdt met de procedures die gevolgd worden. Dit alles leg je vast waarbij je verantwoording aflegt aan je leidinggevende. De werkplek schoon en veilig houden behoort ook tot je taken net zoals het uitvoeren van klein onderhoud aan de machines. Hierbij let je er op of alle machines nog compleet zijn en of de onderdelen nog goed zijn. Overige belangrijke taken: - Afvullen van producten in alle voorkomende verpakkingen - Overleg voeren met je direct leidinggevende over de voortgang van de planning en werkzaamheden - Handhaving en uitvoering SHE beleid (veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu) - Je neemt deel aan trainingen en opleidingen om je kennis up to date te houden De werkzaamheden kunnen plaatsvinden in een 2 ploegendienst. Wij vragen - Je hebt een MBO opleiding afgerond - VAPRO-A Operator A - In het bezit van een heftruck certificaat of je bent bereid deze te halen via ons - Voorkeur voor 5 jaar ervaring in de procesindustrie - Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt aandacht voor mensen en komt afspraken na - Je bent in staat om door te zetten en energiek en evenwichtig op te treden - De ontwikkeling van de organisatie gaat je aan het hart en je wilt hier graag aan meewerken Wij bieden - Je start in functieschaal 4 wat een b...
