Zoek jij een afstudeerstage waarin jouw onderzoek niet in een la verdwijnt, maar daadwerkelijk wordt gebruikt? Bij House of Covebo in Nijkerk krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig aan een HR-vraagstuk te werken en met een advies te komen waar de organisatie echt iets mee doet.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens jouw afstudeerstage werk je aan een HR-vraagstuk dat aansluit bij jouw opleiding en interesses. Je spreekt collega's en stakeholders, verzamelt inzichten en vertaalt deze naar een concreet advies.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid in hoe je jouw onderzoek aanvliegt en werkt samen met collega's vanuit verschillende HR-disciplines.

Hier kom je terecht

Je komt terecht in een HR-afdeling van 21 gedreven collega's. Onze afdeling bestaat uit verschillende teams, waaronder Learning & Development, Verzuim, HR Support, HR Advies, Recruitment en HR Analytics.

De deur staat hier letterlijk én figuurlijk open. We helpen elkaar, delen kennis en vinden het belangrijk dat jij je snel onderdeel voelt van het team.

Jij bent een nieuwsgierige HR-s​tudent die graag zelf op onderzoek uitgaat. Je vindt het leuk om met mensen in gesprek te gaan, verbanden te leggen en jouw inzichten te vertalen naar praktische adviezen. Daarnaast:

- Volg je een hbo-opleiding in de richting van HRM, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar; - Ben je op zoek naar een afstudeerstage; - Ben je analytisch en communicatief sterk; - Wacht je niet af, maar stap je zelf op collega's af, stel je kritische vragen en durf je met nieuwe ideeën te komen.
