We werken met korte lijnen, duidelijke communicatie en collega's die voor elkaar klaarstaan. Daarnaast krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en verder te groeien binnen je vak. Jouw team Je geeft leiding aan meerdere After Sales afdelingen verspreid over verschillende vestigingen (Roelofarendsveen, Leiden, Alphen aan den Rijn, Maasdijk, Naaldwijk en Den Haag). In totaal ben je verantwoordelijk voor meer dan 150 medewerkers, aangestuurd via leidinggevenden (10 direct reports). Je zorgt voor duidelijke structuur, ontwikkeling van je team en een effectieve samenwerking tussen afdelingen. Je stuurt op afstand waar nodig en bent zichtbaar wanneer het verschil gemaakt moet worden. Samen creëren jullie een serviceomgeving waarin kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid, medewerkerstevredenheid en efficiëntie centraal staan.
