The posting

Als Aftersales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de dienst na verkoop binnen een technische omgeving. Je stuurt het aftersalesteam aan en zorgt samen met hen voor de verkoop en opvolging van wisselstukken en de behandeling van servicevragen, onderhoud, herstellingen en interventies. Je combineert people management met technische kennis, organisatie en een sterke focus op een correcte service naar de klant.

Jouw rol:

  • aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het aftersalesteam
  • organiseren van de dagelijkse werking en bepalen van prioriteiten, planning en werkverdeling
  • verder uitbouwen en professionaliseren van de dienst na verkoop
  • bewaken van een correcte en klantgerichte dienstverlening
  • opvolgen van de verkoop van wisselstukken en behandelen van servicevragen
  • ondersteunen van klanten bij technische vragen
  • plannen, coördineren en opvolgen van onderhoud, herstellingen en technische interventies
  • beoordelen en opvolgen van garantieaanvragen en onderhoudscontracten
  • coördineren van interne diensten bij technische defecten, storingen en kwaliteitsproblemen
  • opmaken van kostenramingen voor herstellingen, interventies en technische werkzaamheden
  • opstellen van onderhoudsinstructies en aanbevolen wisselstuklijsten
  • nauw samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen
  • rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de zaakvoerders
  • je beschikt over een hogere technische opleiding op bachelor- of masterniveau
  • ervaring als Aftersales Manager, Service Manager of binnen automotive is een plus
  • je hebt een sterke affiniteit met voertuigtechniek en kan elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische schema's interpreteren
  • je hebt inzicht in de link met PLC-programmatie
  • je hebt sterke leidinggevende vaardigheden en weet medewerkers te coachen, ondersteunen en motiveren
  • je bent commercieel en klantgericht en zoekt naar correcte oplossingen voor technische vragen en problemen
  • je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan verschillende activiteiten en prioriteiten tegelijk opvolgen
  • je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Frans en Engels; kennis van Duits is een plus
  • je bent bereid om occasioneel korte verplaatsingen naar het buitenland te maken
